Work Environment\n

This remote role offers flexibility without the constraints of an office environment, allowing you to create your own schedule from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. You will have access to our community health clinic resources, enabling effective virtual counseling sessions with clients while enjoying the benefits of a supportive and collaborative online team. Our operations staff will handle all billing and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure video platform, implementing evidence-based techniques such as CBT and other therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Regularly assess client progress through self-administered symptom evaluations and functional outcomes, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery paths.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care, including consultations with psychiatrists and other therapists.

• Participate actively in our clinical support system, which includes weekly consultation hours with senior leadership for case discussion and support.

• Document patient interactions and treatment updates meticulously using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, enhancing workflow efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve an adult population with diverse mental health needs, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other disorders. An essential aspect of this role is being equipped to work effectively with clients at various risk levels, including those facing acute mental health crises. Your approach will embody cultural responsiveness, tailoring your methods to meet the unique backgrounds and situations of your clients while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• At least 1 year of independent licensure as a Therapist or Counselor, allowing you to practice autonomously.

• Adept at employing cognitive behavioral therapy and willing to engage with clients presenting a range of mental health challenges.

• 2 or more years of experience working with adult populations, particularly those at an elevated risk for psychological distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our team.
