Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D.

Associates degree (A.S. or A.A.) preferred.

Two (2) years of experience in a business office function or,

Experience, education and/or an understanding of IONM is preferred.

Experience in a healthcare related scheduling/dispatch position, preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience, acceptable.

 

Knowledge & Skill

Effectively able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. 

Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to deal with others in an antagonistic situation.

Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.

Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.

Ability to reach and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

Efficient in Microsoft and Excel.

Ability to multitask.

Hourly Wage Estimate: $21-$23/hr. hour (Several factors, such as specific skill set, education level, certifications and years of experience, are considered to determine actual compensation.)
