Restoring Resilience Psychotherapy Center is seeking qualified mental health professionals to fill full-time licensed therapist positions. Work Environment\n

This role operates within a community health clinic setting, primarily delivering care remotely. Though you will have the flexibility of working from home, we encourage collaboration through virtual team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities. Our work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to determine each patient’s unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their treatment goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
\n
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational workshops to foster client engagement, build community, and provide additional resources for coping with mental health conditions.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and appropriate referral to additional services when needed.
\n
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, coping strategies, and available resources within the community.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and legal standards.

• Stay abreast of contemporary research and best practices within the field of mental health through participation in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges. As a mental health therapist at Restoring Resilience, you will work with adolescents, adults, and families in various settings, addressing particular concerns related to mental health disorders and life stressors. Your role will be integral in helping these individuals navigate their conditions and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and a range of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Strong skills in conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Ability to provide both individual and group therapy effectively.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring collaborative care and strong client relationships.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical practice standards.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community mental health setting or outpatient clinic.

• Established knowledge and practice with diverse populations, including experience with trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
