Key Qualifications:

• Current Maryland Physical Therapy license required
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions to a variety of student needs across K-12 grade levels
• Proactive, compassionate approach to supporting student goals

What You’ll Do:

• Provide targeted physical therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
• Collaborate closely with teachers, aides, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Conduct motor assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed for student success
• Educate families and staff on ways to support therapy goals within the classroom and at home
• Maintain accurate and timely records that meet both clinical and school requirements
