Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive, therapeutic relationships while respecting professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and future treatment needs, including scheduling upcoming appointments and facilitating timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation, continuously monitoring progress and adapting the plan as necessary.
\n
• Complete comprehensive intake assessments that gather pertinent information to inform the therapeutic process.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including timely progress notes and client records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions aimed at fostering professional growth and ensuring quality of care.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and mental health professionals to optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Cultivate a growth mindset, engaging in self-reflection and professional development as an ongoing practice in your therapeutic work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client demographic, providing therapeutic support to adults, children, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve greater mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is required.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Comfort with technology and proficiency in using various software systems, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy services.
\n
• Ability to conduct intake assessments and synthesize relevant information for treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our fee-for-service model ensures that you are compensated promptly without waiting for reimbursements, further enabling a focus on client care.
