Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while addressing their unique needs.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, facilitating timely appointments and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and tailor person-centered treatment plans based on the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices in mental health recordkeeping.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information and develop initial treatment strategies.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing various therapeutic modalities suited to client needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision, reflecting on practice to enhance clinical skills and personal growth.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
