Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to identify co-occurring disorders and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each client's unique needs and recovery goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that target addiction issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns.

• Continuously monitor and assess clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize their recovery journeys.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health, addiction recovery principles, and the resources available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals within our community struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credentials.
