Member Services Associate - Nonprofit, Multichannel Support

$28 - $30 per hour

A large nonprofit organization is seeking a contractor for customer service support in Alexandria, VA. The candidate will assist members via phone, email, and chat during peak periods. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and customer service experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. This role offers a salary range of $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr, along with free parking and metro access.
