Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness in a home care setting, assessing their functional abilities and establishing appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate exercise regimes, manual therapy techniques, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and increase mobility.
• Monitor, document, and assess patient progress throughout the treatment cycle, ensuring any necessary adjustments to therapy plans are made in a timely manner.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and consistent care for patients.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy by participating in workshops and professional organizations, thereby enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work primarily with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear interaction with patients and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record systems to document patient treatment and progress.
• A proactive and flexible attitude towards patient care and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge of various physical therapy methodologies and treatment techniques.
• Experience working with assistive devices and rehabilitation tools is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
