Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide couples and family counseling, helping participants navigate their specific challenges.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include a diverse client demographic seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes paid orientation, professional development opportunities, and paid time off (PTO).
