Key Responsibilities\n

In the role of Licensed Professional Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies for clients based on their unique needs and conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to the specific challenges of clients.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to facilitate comprehensive client care and holistic treatment plans.
