Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and create tailored treatment plans that are both effective and aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systemic Therapy, to facilitate healing and foster healthy relationships.

Your clients will include individuals seeking to improve their mental health, couples looking to strengthen their relationships, and families in need of support to navigate complex dynamics. You will play a critical role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, marital discord, and family conflict, making tangible improvements in their lives and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid Oregon license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is essential to practice.
