Work Environment\n

This role is completely remote, providing you the opportunity to work from home while connecting with clients through our secure telehealth platform. Our practice supports a hybrid model, allowing counselors to conduct both virtual and in-person sessions at our outpatient office as needed. Our hours of operation extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and empathetic environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation adhering to legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring their needs are met holistically.

• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and accredited training to stay current with developments in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Navigate Family & Marriage Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of clients including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and substance misuse. Our client population represents various cultural backgrounds and age groups, offering you the chance to hone your skills across different therapeutic scenarios and specialties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, with a preference for background in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients across diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling are highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
