Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be flexible and adaptable, offering a fully remote work setting that allows you to manage your schedule effectively. As part of our outpatient office, you will be equipped with the necessary tools and resources to provide high-quality care without the burden of required on-call hours. Our office operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, giving you the freedom to choose hours that work best for you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients’ unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall client care.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to support best practices and client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Our clientele includes a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery and relationship challenges. We focus on fostering a therapeutic alliance that respects the individual journeys of our clients while providing them with tools to navigate their struggles effectively. Special attention is given to family dynamics, couple's therapy, and addressing specific concerns such as substance use and trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with an emphasis on clinical contexts preferred.

• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.

• Establishing rapport and rapport with diverse clientele, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
