Client Services Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while supporting policy administration, account management, and day-to-day client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a current Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing timely, accurate, and professional service.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and coverage questions.
• Process new business, renewals, and policy updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve client inquiries and coverage issues.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and insurance documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and support account retention.
• Stay current on insurance products, industry regulations, and carrier guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License .
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 2 years of client service, account management, or insurance experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
