Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery.

• Serve as a liaison to various state agencies, community partners, and service systems, ensuring comprehensive care for clients and effective navigation of resources.

• Establish and maintain strong communication channels that promote the agency’s mission while meeting contractual obligations.

• Build strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for programs and explore new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary between USD 80,000 and 105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
