Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with pediatric and elderly patients experiencing emotional distress or adjustment issues related to their terminal diagnoses. You will help patients and families process grief, facilitate discussions about end-of-life care, and reinforce the importance of mental health support in the continuum of hospice care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
