Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized clinical treatment programs tailored to the unique needs of Health Plan members suffering from acute or chronic mental health issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments, prepare intake summaries, design treatment plans, and maintain detailed, confidential records as per California state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavioral therapy.

• Collaborate with physicians to evaluate patients for psychotropic medication, maintaining a focus on patient-centered care, while coordinating with various healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes.
\n
• Engage in case conferences with the multidisciplinary team to strategize treatment plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to enhance patient care.

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, including Post Masters Fellows and Associate licensees, if you have completed the required supervision coursework.
\n
• Provide educational support to clients' families regarding treatment processes and therapeutic interventions to foster understanding and adherence to treatment recommendations.

This role focuses on a diverse client base, including adults and children from various backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will engage with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require applicants to hold the necessary licenses and educational background, we prefer candidates with experience in telehealth settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Experience with a broad spectrum of therapeutic techniques and engagement strategies will be advantageous.
