Senior Director, Clinical Development Metabolism (MASH)

Senior Director responsible for planning and directing clinical research activities for MASH and obesity-related metabolic disorders. Role encompasses late-stage clinical development strategy, trial design, execution, monitoring, and regulatory reporting across investigational and marketed medicines.

Responsibilities

• Design clinical trials and develop operational plans based on clinical development strategies
• Monitor and manage conduct of ongoing or new investigational and marketed drug trials
• Analyze clinical findings and prepare reports supporting safety, efficacy, and regulatory submissions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in clinical development strategy and project execution
• Maintain scientific expertise through literature review, investigator networks, and conference attendance

Requirements

• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
• Minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience
• 3-5 years industry drug development or academic biomedical research experience
• Demonstrated success overseeing clinical studies and protocols
• Strong scientific scholarship record and clinical medicine background
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Board certification or eligibility in Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, or related discipline (preferred)
