Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Conduct initial assessments to establish treatment plans and identify goals that align with the clients’ values and aspirations.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other psychological challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all therapy sessions and progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and attend mandatory supervision sessions to facilitate ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n
