Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients suffering from injuries, illnesses, or post-surgical recovery within our rehabilitation facility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient treatments, responses, and progress throughout recovery.
• Regularly reevaluate patient conditions and treatment plans, adjusting goals and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment options, and the use of any required assistive devices.
• Engage in continued professional development by attending workshops and participating in professional societies, ensuring the highest level of knowledge and skill in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance and qualification to practice.

• Proficient in word processing and computer systems essential for documentation and patient management.
• Two (2) years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and additional hands-on clinical experience will be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a patient-centered approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, accompanied by a generous benefits package designed for the wellbeing of our team.
