Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gathering essential information regarding clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and resources to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that chart clear goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Participate actively in case consultations with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops, helping clients gain valuable insights and strategies for their mental health journeys.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Ensure thorough documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system for efficient tracking and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
