Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.94 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:30 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:30 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:30 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations. Monitor access points, verify credentials where required, and help to deter unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or disruptions within the location. Support cash handling and other sensitive operations with a visible armed presence, following post orders and applicable laws while maintaining professional interactions with employees, customers, and visitors. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. An armed guard card and/or license is required. A 40 caliber endorsement is required. A California weapons permit with 9mm caliber endorsement is required. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
