Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methods including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and restore functional movement.
• Closely monitor patient progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the therapy process, providing guidance on home exercise programs and strategies to promote ongoing health.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
