Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' psychological and emotional needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized measures.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, achievable goals for therapy.

• Provide engaging therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate couples therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and improve relationship satisfaction.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on clients’ progress, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, including detailed progress notes and treatment evaluations in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers and community organizations to deliver holistic care, including referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention when required, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Participate in professional development initiatives, training workshops, and team meetings to enhance skills and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
