This pivotal role will strengthen ETAP's commercial success through close collaboration with two of our most significant global partners.Responsibilities – You Will DoBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that accelerate the adoption of ETAP solutions in collaboration with our strategic partners.Partner with regional teams across our global synergy partners to coordinate account planning, participate in joint customer engagements, and drive opportunity creation, qualification, and closure.Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align synergy activities with overall business objectives for these regions.Become a subject matter expert: stay current with all product offerings and solutions, perform product demos and elevator pitches to customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals, fostering collaboration, and driving joint marketing initiatives.Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with technology providers, utilities, engineering firms, and other relevant stakeholders.Requirements – You Will HaveA degree in electrical engineering, with an MBA as a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the energy industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.Experience in electrical power systems software solutions is highly advantageous.Ability to deploy consultative selling techniques.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities focused on the energy landscape.Self-driven and results-oriented.Comfortable working in a matrix organization and adapting to a fast-changing environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment.CompensationSalary Range: $104,200 – $173,800 (based on location, experience, skills, and education).Background CheckETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment, in accordance with local laws.Equality StatementETAP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
