Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions focusing on various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. For example, you may facilitate a weekly group therapy session to help clients cope with social anxiety or lead family sessions to aid in relational dynamics.

• Administer comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and objectives of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to their mental health journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and educational staff, to deliver holistic care that encompasses all aspects of a client’s life.

• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR), documenting session notes and client progress to adhere to state and federal guidelines, while also leveraging technology to safeguard client information.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and continuing education sessions to enhance your knowledge of best practices and emerging methodologies in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
