Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients using evidence-based tools, such as the DSM-5, to accurately diagnose mental health conditions as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, taking into consideration their unique needs, cultural background, and specific goals.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities and interventions to support clients in their mental health journeys, continually reassessing progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in accordance with regulatory standards and departmental procedures.

• Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment and care coordination.

• Link clients to appropriate referral options and maintain strong relationships with other clinicians and support agencies.

• Mentor and provide training for interns, students, and volunteers interested in pursuing careers in mental health.

• Participate in peer review processes and engage in clinical discussions with supervisors and colleagues to enhance personal and team development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience\n
