You will engage with clients online, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with established regulations. Our Operations team supports clinicians by managing administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, establishing a solid foundation for treatment.

• Provide effective individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Work closely with other members of the treatment team to create an integrated care plan that addresses the various facets of a client’s well-being.

• Engage and educate clients' families about their loved one’s treatment process, encouraging their active involvement in the recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults dealing with a myriad of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. By utilizing telehealth technologies, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping to eliminate the geographical and financial barriers that often impede access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• Proficiency in conducting telehealth therapy sessions, specifically tailored for adolescents and young adults, is crucial.

• A willingness to engage in ongoing training in our evidence-based treatment frameworks, known as care pathways, is expected.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with navigating technology applications such as Google Suite and EHR systems.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective client interaction.

• A professional appearance and demeanor, combined with warm, empathetic engagement skills, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
