Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through various therapeutic modalities designed to address specific familial and individual needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating both couples and individual therapy sessions to foster personal and relational growth.

• Addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, communication barriers, and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining detailed patient records and progress notes to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment goals.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies.

Your work will span diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents. By focusing on strengthening family dynamics and improving communication, you will play a pivotal role in addressing complex challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
