Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients using biopsychosocial assessments to understand their needs and challenges.

• Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and patient feedback.

• Provide individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy in accordance with clinical best practices and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in program planning sessions with the psychiatry team, contributing valuable insights regarding patient care.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with outpatient and inpatient teams to execute triage evaluations and crisis interventions when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including documenting therapy sessions using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

West Valley Psychiatric Services offers competitive salaries ranging from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, a sign-on bonus is available to recognize the contributions of our LPCs.
