Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs while strictly adhering to clinical and administrative policies.

• Document sessions meticulously, including treatment goals, responses to interventions, and progress notes to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client population facing a variety of mental health challenges. Clients may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or chronic health issues requiring both emotional and practical support. You will be equipped to tackle these challenges using evidence-based methodologies, providing a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and foster personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, along with completion of a 1 to 2-year internship.

• Although not required, experience with specific treatment modalities such as EMDR (must be certified), health psychology, and chronic pain management is a plus.

• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities including close vision are essential.

• Experience working in a virtual care environment, familiar with telehealth platforms and available technologies for therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
