We're Hiring: Business Development Representative
Location: Columbus, OH | Job Type: Full-time

We're a fast-growing IT consulting firm looking for a high-energy, digitally savvy Business Development Representative to help us expand our client base and drive growth through innovative sales strategies—including social selling and digital outreach.
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in target industries
- Build strong relationships and uncover client needs
- Develop and execute creative sales strategies to exceed targets
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and outreach
- Represent us at industry events and online forums
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals
- Partner with project teams to ensure client success
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Proven success in driving revenue and building client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and social selling strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
