The role also includes a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, reflective of your qualifications and experience.

Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while facilitating our outpatient care model. Our team is comprised of skilled mental health professionals trained in trauma-informed care, providing support and guidance to clients from the comfort of their own homes. We foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture that emphasizes ongoing education and professional growth. Key work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients presenting with mood disorders, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and preferences, using evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care strategies to promote well-being.
\n
• Track client progress, revising treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and a focus on continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic practices and treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigmas and ensuring their needs are effectively communicated and met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work closely with individuals facing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. The clientele at Elite Mind Psychological Center may also include marginalized populations such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse. This role is pivotal in supporting these individuals as they navigate their challenges and work towards improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

• A strong sense of empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and struggles.
