Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary professionals to offer comprehensive and cohesive care to clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, employing your skills and compassion to assist them through difficult times.

• Actively engage in community outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness, promoting resources and strategies to help combat stigma associated with seeking care.

• Document all client interactions accurately and promptly using our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with clinical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
