Compliance Analyst

Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support billing operations, compliance reporting, and data analysis within a home care services environment. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for Sandata, providing support for billing processes, regulatory reporting, operational inquiries, and system-related analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Sandata experience and be able to contribute immediately with minimal training.

Location : Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support billing operations using Sandata.
• Generate regulatory, compliance, and operational reports.
• Analyze billing and operational data to identify trends and improve processes.
• Serve as the primary resource for Sandata-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Support system transition activities related to HHA Exchange.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Sandata required.
• Experience with HHA Exchange strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or billing environments preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
