Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of demographics, including individuals, groups, families, and couples.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest research and strategies in the mental health field.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
