Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status by utilizing evidence-based evaluation tools and techniques.

• Formulate individualized therapy plans that address specific client concerns, tracking progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions that utilize culturally responsive methodologies and are tailored to the unique backgrounds of your clients.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress through electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in client advocacy, assisting individuals in accessing additional resources and support as needed.

• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve counseling individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse challenges, and eating disorders. You should be prepared to employ diverse therapeutic techniques to support clients from varied cultural backgrounds, ensuring that care is tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. Engaging with clients through a telehealth medium, you will break down geographical barriers to deliver effective mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy.

• Strong familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
