Step into a dynamic school-based setting supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLPA license required
• Previous school SLPA experience highly desired
• Able to complete state fingerprinting and background check
• Must not have been terminated from any school district (an affidavit is required for verification)
• Please note whether you have worked in this district previously

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site speech and language support services to students in an elementary setting
• Manage an average caseload of 80–90 students (may peak to 90–100)
• Primarily assigned to one campus, with occasional support to a second nearby school
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff to implement therapy plans
• Maintain clear, accurate student records and progress notes in accordance with district policies
• Engage positively with families and school teams to support student communication goals
• Support assessment and documentation processes as needed
