This full-time assignment (37.5 hours/week, with part-time options around 30 hours) is focused on supporting elementary-aged students, primarily at a single campus, with possible coverage at a nearby second site. As a travel professional, you’ll expand your clinical skillset, boost your resume, and create meaningful experiences both on and off the job.

Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license in Texas
• State fingerprinting and background check completed or willingness to obtain
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Must disclose if previously worked for the district; disclosure of any prior school district terminations (required for affidavit)
• Professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language services to elementary students (caseload of 80–90; up to 100 at peak)
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and staff for student success
• Help implement targeted communication interventions and IEPs
• Maintain timely and accurate records of student progress
• Support one main campus, with occasional travel to a nearby school if needed
