Your Qualifications:

• Active Professional License for SLPA in Texas
• Recent school-based SLPA experience highly preferred
• Up-to-date state fingerprinting/background check (time-sensitive)
• Ability to complete required employment affidavit
• Willingness to work on-site and float between schools if needed
• Must not have prior terminations from a school district

Role Overview:

• Work primarily at one elementary school, possibly a second nearby
• Support communication needs for a caseload averaging 80–90 students (occasionally up to 100 during peak times)
• Deliver direct and consultative services under SLP supervision
• Keep detailed records and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Support inclusion practices and student engagement
