Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing mindfulness-based interventions and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques to encourage relaxation and enhance emotional resilience.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client stressors, emotional challenges, and therapeutic goals, personalizing mindfulness strategies to meet their specific needs.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, and deep breathing techniques in a manner that fosters self-awareness among clients.

• Lead engaging workshops on stress management and mindfulness practices that focus on resilience-building, creating a supportive community for clients.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into individualized therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting each client's unique path toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise in mindfulness will assist clients in cultivating awareness and adopting coping strategies that enhance their quality of life. The diverse client population you encounter will necessitate a tailored approach, allowing you to implement evidence-based practices that meet varying needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
