Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee a personal caseload, establishing strong rapport and professional boundaries with clients.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and determine appropriate discharge plans.

• Design, implement, and assess individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, aligned with best practices and ethical standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and formulate initial treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted LPC license, demonstrating your independence and expertise in practice.

• Proficiency with computer software including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy, enabling efficient documentation and communication.
