Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Facilitating regular sessions and monitoring client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Documenting each client's progress with detailed and timely notes to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Qualified applicants must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with mental health populations, including psychiatric and substance use disorders.

• Proficiency in client assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy sessions.
