Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to individuals seeking to reduce stress and enhance emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and therapy goals, allowing for customized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques aimed at improving self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Lead group workshops and educational classes on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building techniques to enhance community engagement.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and other healthcare providers to create integrated treatment plans that align mindfulness practices with broader mental health strategies.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Reliant Mental and Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
