Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify mental health conditions and formulate individual treatment plans.

• Deliver personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster a supportive environment and promote sharing among clients with similar experiences.

• Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring adaptive and responsive care tailored to each individual.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills.
