Work Environment\n

This position is remote, enabling flexibility while ensuring that you have the necessary tools and support to thrive in your role. Our practice fosters a collaborative online environment, where therapists can connect, share insights, and grow together. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, understanding each patient's background and individual experiences to create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are sensitive to patients' cultural contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care approach that supports comprehensive treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and reflective of patient progress.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
