Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, articulate clinical diagnoses, and formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their objectives and challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy, group therapy sessions, and family counseling, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to respond to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide timely intervention during acute mental health crises, implementing strategies that ensure immediate safety and stabilization for clients experiencing severe distress.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment goals, progress notes, and assessments, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to devise comprehensive care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with reflect a broad spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals from various cultural, socio-economic, and age groups. Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g. LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
