Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at facilitating client healing and progress. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and building positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions with clients, reviewing their progress and stability, scheduling upcoming appointments, and coordinating discharges when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and session reports, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather relevant client histories and needs.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to reflect on your clinical practices and enhance professional development.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Greatmind Seattle Therapy, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
