Leverage the SaaS/Predictable Revenue sales model in a 100% remote environment, solving challenges of remote teamwork. Train the team to understand client's needs and specifications in order to generate qualified opportunities. Build strong relationships with remote co‑workers at every level of the organization. Participate in special projects designed to better the company and product offering. Qualifications You are: A strong, highly communicative manager with a mind for teamwork and solving unique challenges. A fantastic judge of talent, a great coach, and a top‑notch mentor. Experienced managing in a fast‑paced sales environment, preferably with a remote component. Extremely well acquainted with the world of VC funding, venture‑backed startups, and high‑growth companies.
